The heart behind my baking

I believe food is meant to be simple, nourishing, and made with human hands. Wildflour & Honey was created from a deep desire to slow down and return to what feels honest and grounding, baking with care, patience, and intention rather than speed or excess.

This bakery is also my way of supporting the growing local food movement and helping bring us back to community. More and more, we are becoming aware that much of what fills grocery store shelves is no longer real food, but products made with preservatives, fillers, and ingredients that can be hard on our bodies. I believe we deserve better choices, ones rooted in transparency, care, and nourishment.

Everything I make is prepared in small batches in my home kitchen, using thoughtfully chosen ingredients and time honored methods. This approach allows me to stay present in the process while offering food you can feel good about sharing with your family.

At its heart, Wildflour & Honey is about more than bread or treats. It is about comfort, connection, and rebuilding trust in where our food comes from. I am honored to play a small part in that shift and to be part of your table.
